Required Documents for UPDA MMUP Qatar Exam

(Mandatory Documents)

* Valid Qatar ID

* Degree Certificate (Should be Attested from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA))

* Consolidated Mark sheet /Overall Marksheet / Transcript

* Each Semester Mark sheets/ Individual Marksheets

* Qatar PCC (Police Clearance Certificate)

* Curriculum Vitae

* Photo

* PassPort

Additional Documents (Optional)

* Experience Certificate

* Any Training Certificate (Like PMP, Leed GA)

Experience Certificate:

a) If You are Having Experience Within Qatar (Need to Submit Experience Certificates with Attestation before the year 2014, MMUP is not Considering Experience Certificates after 2014 if you are Living without Engineer License)

b) If you are Having Experience Certificate (Outside Qatar) should be attested byrelevant authorities of Respective Countries, After That Eventually, Need to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Qatar.

c) Previous Experience from Qatar (If you worked in Qatar for More than One Company) should be attested from the Chamber of Commerce – Qatar

d) Rest of the Qatar Experience is Considerable if It Is Attested.

e) For Current Company Employee ID is Sufficient.

Note: – If you are Working for More than One Year in the Current Company, Try to Submit an Experience Certificate with a Chamber of Commerce Attestation If Possible butit is Not Mandatory.

Attestations

All the Required Certificates and Documents Must be attested by Competent Authorities in Home Country and by MOFA in Qatar

Note: – Attestation of Degree Certificates by MOFA requires a Bonafide Certificate from College/University.

Training Certificate:

a) Course Completion Certificates such as PMP, REVIT, PRIMAVERA, NFPA, and NEBOSH should be submitted for adding value to Your Grades.

Note: – Need to Submit PRC for UPDA MMUP Qatar Exam (Only for the Philippines)
